You’re invited to join us for an evening of flowers, food, fun and inspiration!
At our shop, we offer two unique and inspiring experiences: hands-on floral workshops and seasonal demonstration
classes.

WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are interactive events where you’ll create your own floral arrangement with guided instructions, perfect for those who love to learn by doing and want totake home a beautiful, custom creation. All flowers and
supplies are provided.

DEMONSTRATIONS
Our seasonal demonstrations are idea-packed presentations where we showcase creative ways to decorate for the season including floral design, bow making, recipes, table settings and more. These classes are perfect for gathering inspiration, learning new techniques and exploring seasonal trends without the hands on component.

Whether you’re looking to get creative or simply soak up fresh ideas, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Before each workshop or demo, enjoy a buffet of sweet and savory small plates paired with refreshing beverages. We
also share the recipes with you.

A POCKET FULL OF SUNSHINE August 11, 2026 $125

Class includes a beautiful buffet of heavy hors d’oeuvres, all flowers and supplies needed for the project and step by step instruction. 

Celebrate the last golden days of summer with a hands on wildflower-inspired floral workshop designed to feel effortless, airy and full of joy.  

In this class, guests will create a loose, natural arrangement styled inside a small, straw bag turning an everyday vessel into something unexpected and beautifully whimsical.  Think garden gathered blooms, sun washed textures and that just picked from the field feeling that defines late August.  

This piece is intentionally versatile.  It can be styled as a small centerpiece, used as a thoughtful hostess gift or given as a “happy” to brighten someone’s day.

LIGHT THE WAY September 1, 2026 $125

As summer fades and the first hints of autumn begin to appear, there’s something magical about the season ahead.  Fall brings gathering, celebrating, entertaining and creating warm spaces for the people we love. 

Join us for our Light the Way hands on class where we will design around an elegant gold lantern, layering rich autumn blooms in warm seasonal tones to create a stunning centerpiece.  The soft flicker of candlelight paired with the texture and color of fall flowers creates an arrangement that feels both welcoming and unforgettable.  

Perfect for a dining table, entryway, kitchen island or anywhere you want to add warmth and beauty.  

TOTALLY TOPIARY October 13, 2026 $125

Class includes a beautiful buffet of heavy hors d’oeuvres, all flowers and supplies needed for the project and step by step instruction.

Step into the art of sculptural floral design with our hands on Autumn Topiary Workshop, where we will be creating elegant cone shaped topiaries filled with rich seasonal blooms and textural greenery.  

This elevated design trend is having a true moment bringing structure and garden-inspired beauty into the home in a way that feels both modern and timeless.  You’ll learn how to build a balanced, organic topiary form using autumn’s most beautiful tones and textures.  These finished pieces are very versatile whether using alone, in grouping or flanking a larger centerpiece.  

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS December 1, 2026 $75

Class includes a beautiful buffet of heavy hors d’oeuvres.

Join us for this inspiring holiday demonstration designed to immerse you in the beauty, artistry and intention behind unforgettable seasonal entertaining.  You’ll watch as we design and build a complete holiday atmosphere from start to finish.   This is a curated demonstration experience guests will observe, take notes and leave inspired as we walk through each element.  

We will demonstrate how to create stunning holiday centerpieces, craft elegant bows, and design lush European holiday inspired garden baskets.  You will also learn how to style a complete holiday table setting, elevate hostess details and bring thoughtful finishing touches to your gatherings.  

Beyond the table, we will also demonstrate how to decorate a Christmas tree and style a festive mantle.  

From florals to holiday styling principles, this experience is filled with ideas you can recreate at home or use to elevate your own holiday entertaining.  

Doors open at 5:30 pm. The GDFC team uses the time at the end of the day to set up for the workshop or demo, therefore we respectfully ask attendees not to arrive until 5:30 pm when we’ll have everything precisely organized for your participation. Workshops and demos begin at 6:00 pm so you have time to mix, mingle and munch.

Cancellation policy: No refunds or store credits. As we order all of the flowers and supplies needed for the arrangements in advance, we  are, unfortunately, unable to offer refunds or store credit. In the event you have to cancel, we MUST hear from you no later than the Saturday before the workshop. If a cancellation on your part is necessary, every effort will be made to place you in another workshop. Depending on availability, this may require finding a place for you in our 2026-2027 Workshop/Demo Schedule. Please make sure to mark the dates of your registered workshops on your calendars so you don’t find yourself needing to cancel. We appreciate your understanding.
