Floral Design Workshop Schedule Fall 2025

You’re invited to join us for an evening of flowers, food and fun! 

Our floral design workshops are designed to teach various flower arranging techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.

Benefit from the experience of our professional floral designers as they share their skills with you.  All flowers and supplies are provided and you'll take your arrangement home with you. 

Before the class begins, enjoy a buffet of sweet and savory small plates paired with refreshing beverages. We also share the recipes with you. 

Your continued interest in the workshops has made them wildly successful!  In order to ensure you always have a pleasant experience we'd like you to be aware of the following:

Doors open at 5:30 PM. The GDFC team uses the time at the end of the day to set up for the workshop, therefore we respectfully ask attendees to arrive between 5:30  – 6 PM when we'll have everything precisely organized for your participation. 

Cancellation Policy: No refunds or store credits. As we order all of the flowers and supplies needed for the arrangements in advance, we are, unfortunately, unable to offer refunds or store credit. In the event you have to cancel, we MUST hear from you no later than the Saturday before the workshop. If a cancellation on your part is necessary, every effort will be made to place you in another workshop.  Depending on availability, this may require finding a place for you in our 2026-2027 Workshop Schedule.  Please make sure to mark the dates of your registered workshops on your calendars so you don’t find yourself needing to cancel.

ORCHID OASIS  

All flowers are beautiful but orchids have always had that special “wow” factor. Using orchids in arrangements will make you look like a pro! In this class we’ll learn about particular care for cut orchid stems and how to pair them with complimentary flowers for a beautiful and cohesive arrangement.  You will take this gorgeous arrangement home with you.   $125

COLORS OF FALL

Fall is arguably our favorite season, maybe because it ushers in the holidays and being with family and friends. In this class we’ll work with vibrant Fall colored florals and discuss how to achieve a Fall inspired look. We’ll capture the cozy feeling of cool nights and Indian summer days in this design. You’ll take your beautiful fall arrangement home with you. $125

HARVEST BOUQUET

Now that we’re in the thick of Fall, we’ll take full advantage of nature’s cues! Deep, rich colors that embody the season will be our inspiration for the florals in this arrangement.  This composition is sure to get you in the mood for falling leaves and fireside chats. You will take your Fall arrangement home with you to enjoy!  $125

THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE

Ah, THE big feast day is upon us! Never fear, your Thanksgiving table will impress this year with a stunning centerpiece. In this class, you'll learn the best way to create a floral centerpiece for a seated dinner. We will incorporate beautiful feathers into our arrangement filled with the season’s prettiest flowers. Once we’ve taught you how to design this showstopper, you’ll have more confidence in recreating it at home. You will take your gorgeous centerpiece home to enjoy.  $125

HOLIDAY TOPIARY

And finally we’ve arrived at the magical Christmas Season! This is the perfect occasion to design a festive topiary in a very special container. In this class, you’ll first learn how to lime wash a terra cotta container for an Old World look and then create a floral topiary using seasonally inspired materials. You will take this beauty home for you, your family and guests to enjoy.  $125
