You’re invited to join us for an evening of flowers, food, fun and inspiration!
At our shop, we offer two unique and inspiring experiences: hands-on floral workshops and seasonal demonstration
classes.

WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are interactive events where you’ll create your own floral arrangement with guided instructions, perfect for those who love to learn by doing and want totake home a beautiful, custom creation. All flowers and
supplies are provided.

DEMONSTRATIONS
Our seasonal demonstrations are idea-packed presentations where we showcase creative ways to decorate for the season including floral design, bow making, recipes, table settings and more. These classes are perfect for gathering inspiration, learning new techniques and exploring seasonal trends without the hands on component.

Whether you’re looking to get creative or simply soak up fresh ideas, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Before each workshop or demo, enjoy a buffet of sweet and savory small plates paired with refreshing beverages. We
also share the recipes with you.

THANKSGIVING CENTERPIECE FLORAL DESIGN WORKSHOP

Ah, THE big feast day is upon us! Never fear, your Thanksgiving table will impress this year with a stunning centerpiece. In this class, you’ll learn the best way to create a floral centerpiece for a seated dinner. We will incorporate beautiful feathers into our arrangement filled with the season’s prettiest flowers. Once we’ve taught you how to design this showstopper, you’ll have more confidence in recreating it at home. You will take your gorgeous centerpiece home to enjoy.  $125

HOLIDAY TOPIARY FLORAL DESIGN WORKSHOP

And finally we’ve arrived at the magical Christmas Season! This is the perfect occasion to design a festive topiary in a very special container. In this class, you’ll first learn how to lime wash a terra cotta container for an Old World look and then create a floral topiary using seasonally inspired materials. You will take this beauty home for you, your family and guests to enjoy.  $125

SPRING SOIREE SEASONAL DEMONSTRATION CLASS

Join us as we guide you through the renewing season of Spring.  We will share ideas for Easter décor, the secrets to perfect bow making, how to design a European plant basket and style beautiful Spring tables.  Finally, we will share seasonal recipes that delight the senses.  Whether you are looking to refresh your home for the season of simply enjoy an evening of creativity and connection, this class is the perfect way to inspire you to welcome Spring in style.

A TISKET A TASKET BASKET FLORAL DESIGN WORKSHOP

Join us for a whimsical floral experience where we will be filling baskets with fresh seasonal blooms.  Filled with rustic charm and floral elegance you will create a garden inspired arrangement.

Class includes a sweet and savory buffet, beverages, flowers, container and other supplies.

Your continued interest in the workshops and demos has made them wildly successful! In order to ensure you always
have a pleasant experience we’d like you to be aware of the following:

Doors open at 5:30 pm. The GDFC team uses the time at the end of the day to set up for the workshop or demo, therefore we respectfully ask attendees not to arrive until 5:30 pm when we’ll have everything precisely organized for your participation. Workshops and demos begin at 6:00 pm so you have time to mix, mingle and munch.

Cancellation policy: No refunds or store credits. As we order all of the flowers and supplies needed for the arrangements in advance, we  are, unfortunately, unable to offer refunds or store credit. In the event you have to cancel, we MUST hear from you no later than the Saturday before the workshop. If a cancellation on your part is necessary, every effort will be made to place you in another workshop. Depending on availability, this may require finding a place for you in our 2026-2027 Workshop/Demo Schedule. Please make sure to mark the dates of your registered workshops on your calendars so you don’t find yourself needing to cancel. We appreciate your understanding.
