Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and processed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gina Diamond’s Flower Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
Floral Availability & Substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. While we make every effort to create arrangements as pictured, certain flowers, containers, ribbons, or design elements may occasionally be unavailable.
In these cases, Gina Diamond’s Flower Co. reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Delivery Policy
We make every effort to ensure timely and careful delivery of all floral orders. Delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We typically contact the recipient prior to delivery to confirm availability. We also ask the sender whether flowers may be left if the recipient is not home.
If prior approval has been given, flowers may be left at the recipient’s door or in a safe location. Once delivered with authorization, Gina Diamond’s Flower Co. cannot guarantee flower condition due to weather or other factors beyond our control.
If no safe delivery location is available, we reserve the right to delay or reschedule delivery.
Cancellations, Refunds & Concerns
Because fresh flowers are perishable and custom-designed, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may address the issue. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Custom orders, holiday orders, special event orders, and wedding orders may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or design work has begun.
Workshops & Events
Workshop and event registrations must be paid in advance to reserve a space.
Due to limited seating and advance preparation, workshop registrations may be non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfers may be offered at our discretion.
Gina Diamond’s Flower Co. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops or events due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.
Retail Merchandise Returns
We want you to love your purchase. Non-floral retail merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition with receipt.
The following items are final sale:
- Fresh flowers and plants
- Food or consumable items
- Seasonal or holiday merchandise
- Custom or personalized items
- Bows
- Clearance merchandise
Returns and exchanges are subject to management approval.

Limitation of Liability
